SHIPPING & HANDLING

All orders will be processed and shipped within the 2 business days from the time your order is submitted, unless Express or Priority shipping is selected when the goods will be shipped the same day, providing the order is completed before 12 noon (PST) Monday to Friday. Dispatch is subject to payment card authorization and stock availability. Please note, we do not dispatch shipments or deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping within Continental US:

  • Standard Shipping: FREE
    Your order should arrive in 3-7 business days from the date the order was shipped.
  • UPS Ground: Price based on shipping address
    Your order should arrive 2-5 business days from the date the order was shipped.
  • UPS Next Day Air®: Price based on shipping address
    Your order should arrive 1 business day from the date the order was shipped.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air®: Price based on shipping address
    Your order should arrive 2 business days from the date the order was shipped.
  • UPS 3 Day Select®: Price based on shipping address
    Your order should arrive 3 business days from the date the order was shipped.

Shipping to US outer regions (Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico) and Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: Price based on shipping address
    Your order should arrive in 7 business days from the date the order was shipped.
  • Express Shipping: Price based on shipping address
    Your order should arrive within 4 business days from the date the order was shipped.
  • Priority shipping is not available for the US outer regions.
  • Shipping to Canada: customer will be required to pay customs and duty prior to delivery. Due to the international nature of the order, delays are common. Shipping times and processing fees are subject to change and will be determined at time of order subject to the shipping options outlined above. Agraria cannot be held responsible for late/failed deliveries for reasons outside of our control i.e. in the cases of adverse weather conditions.

RETURN POLICY

Online Purchase Returns
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods purchased on agrariahome.com within 14 days of your receipt of items. Please note: Only products purchased on agrariahome.com may be returned for refund or exchange at this time.

Please package your return item along with the order slip in the original product box and packaging if available. Otherwise, please pack your return in a well-padded box to prevent damage in transit.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We're sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable

Please allow up two weeks to process returns and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Damaged/Faulty Items
All of our products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product. When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately. If for any reason the items you receive are faulty in any way we will be happy to exchange the items or offer a full refund.

Please contact our Customer Service team at 800-824-3632 (M-F 9am-5p PST) or via email at info@agrariahome.com within 10 days of receiving the product. Please have your order number along with your email address and phone number ready for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. The damaged product will be replaced with the same item as soon as possible. An alternative product will be offered in cases where stocks are no longer available.
